Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers (KOLs, KOCs, creators) on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote bossjob through short videos or livestreams.
- Draft collaboration briefs and video scripts for daily promotions and campaigns.
- Guide influencers in creating engaging content by providing creative direction and inspiration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term partnerships.
- Track, analyze, and report on influencer content performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support daily social media operations, with a focus on TikTok content.
- 35 years of experience in social media operations, with at least 2 years in influencer/KOL marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content, including influencer collaborations that drive engagement and performance.
- Experience working with brands, preferably with prior agency experience.
- Existing influencer or agency connections is a plus.
