Job Accountabilities

  • Support the execution of the strategies and action steps in the changing marketplace and proactively make recommendations to CFT on value proposition to keep a sustainable partnership with key accounts
  • Serves as specialist for all the assigned key accounts to champion AZ and its medicines & healthcare solutions
  • Support in closing the implementation of access solutions with procurement in the field/ territory (area of assignment) by means of sharing the science of AZPH brands and working collaboratively with sales, marketing, medical and market access teams.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining ethical and transparent relationship with the government, such as, but not necessarily limited to DOH, PHO, and others, as well as with NGOs, to develop and run company program related innovative value strategies (IVS) via healthcare solutions and access to innovative medicines. Maintain communication with the government stakeholders to capture relevant information which may impact short-term and long-term business opportunities for AZPH
  • Support the operational execution of the key accounts plan to drive business opportunities (with procurement) for all AZPH brands in the government channel by sharing/detailing the IVS and science of the products to target stakeholders
  • In accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards, monitor the competitors’ landscape, healthcare environment and practices for shifts in trends or behaviours, and interpret likely impact to the brand preference of the customers

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as a Medical Representative in AZ without prior pharma experience or
  • At least 2 years in AZ as Medical Representative but has ≥ 5 years total experience in the pharma industry
  • 2 years consistent performance for 2024 and 2025 (at least 90% FY or ≥ BU/TA national in terms of sales performance or growth)
  • Current Performance is at least 90% YTD or ≥ BU/TA national in terms of sales performance or growth
  • Rating of at least 3 in the MR Capability Assessment
  • Not under the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at the time of application
  • No COC violation of suspension in the last 12 months
  • Has a strong commitment to personal development and have discussed progression aspirations with their manager
  • Exhibits leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
  • AZ Key Account Management Experience is an advantage
  • Application must be endorsed by DBM, NSM/BUH
