About The Job
The primary responsibility is to help Home Credit and Key Account partners increase business cooperation by hitting sales target, increase market share, creating business strategies to influence the improvement of sales and profit. To strengthen relationships with top retailers by providing analysis, recommendation, and any supplementary data to support business decision on products, campaigns, and other programs of sales. Areas covered would include building eco system by integrating all project streams like Marketplace, Smile Rewards, HC Pay, Qwarta, Credit Card, Cash Loans, Value Added Services, and future projects in line with company strategy. .
What You’ll Do
- Managing and penetrate CD Key Account (KAC) partners maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches, hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Define the strategy and take actions how increase productivity in CD business.
- Set up short- and long-term strategy of CD segment, build up long term motivation scheme for CD KAC partners.
- Monitor sales performances in segmented dealers and propose action plans to hit targets per product and per commodity categories.
- Look for cooperation with Mobile/Electronics Manufacturer and together with Marketing dept. suggest join-promotion with these manufacturers.
- Launch Retailer 0% at cash price or best price for mobile accessories and non-mobile commodities
- Launch Brand 0% for mobile, laptops and applicable non mobile commodities
- Launch new products created and monitor sales performance
- Negotiate special offers for clients such as freebies, discounts, and other gift with purchase (GWP) to create higher applications on Marketing thematic campaigns, Seasonal Campaigns, SM Cyberzone Caravans, events, and Marketplace promotions (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Be able to follow Marketing and Marketplace promo calendar.
- Promote POS campaigns in Marketplace by nominating SKUs to be uploaded in mobile app. Negotiate unique offers for Marketplace
- Create rPOS campaigns to increase repeat and good paying clients.
- Collaborate with Public Relations (PR) team in creating articles to support KA programs and HC partnership
- Encourage participation of KAC in Digital Marketing efforts HC Live and negotiate to pay marketing cost
- Negotiate discounts to offer under Smile Rewards
- Make sure smooth implementation in KAC and store level on every new product/project launches that is outside POS business (Credit Card, Qwarta, etc)
- Brand HCPH image in segmented shops, propose actions to improve for those not met requirements.
What You Need To Have
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or territory sales is advantage
- Good oral and written communication
- Extensive MS Office software skills; MS Excel proficiency
- Business Review Presentations (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Business Acumen in Retail, Financing, Business Development, Operations
- Data modelling and strong business analysis skill
- Organizational skills and ability to independently handle daily task
- Good understanding of retail market and competition , possess an overview of CD market
- With good retail network
- Experience in retail sales / business-to-business sales environment
- Experience in planning & executing sales or marketing strategies with results
