More About The Role

• Sales revenue, growth, and profitability achievement of Modern Retail (MR) channel in the Philippines
• End to end account management of assigned MR customer (s)
• Lead the MR sales team and provide strategic directions to sustainably grow
• Execute trade marketing and consumer marketing programs to gain market share and wallet share in key accounts
• Closely collaborate with cross functions to plan and implement winning strategies and programs
• Plan and execute business building and expansion plans
  
  

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Over 5 years of relevant and proven track record experience in account and sales management
• Hands on account management experience handling Wilcon, Ace Hardware or similar customers is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, team player
• Great problem solving and analytical skills
