Jr Project Manager

Coordinate across cross-functional project team members, identifying and

engaging the right resources (internal and external) as needed to deliver the

project.

Carefully manage the team’s roadmap and active mainstreams, ensuring timely

progress and that the client needs are reflected. This includes negotiating, scoping,

creating, scheduling, prioritizing, updating and actively following up on tasks.

Act as a point of contact between the client’s Product to Project Managers and the

Development team on key project issues or concerns and determine the best

course of action for resolution.

Take responsibility for the release management by documenting features,

managing user acceptance testing, organizing demos to internal and external

stakeholders, and announcing releases.

Facilitate, document, and take part in planning, product modelling, demo and user

testing sessions.

Participate in projects and sprint sessions and provide required insights or

concerns to team.

Regularly report project progress, issues, and risks to the Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) and ensure alignment on project priorities, timelines, and objectives.

Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior leadership.
