Job Description

Collaborate with delivery groups to gather and integrate best practices. Contribute to the standardization process and disseminate identified best practices throughout the organization.
Coordinate the rollout of institutionalized processes, maintaining training records, and ensuring continuous training for new hires or promotions. Stay updated on industry-standard process methodologies.
Conduct timely audits of project implementations against organizational processes. Assist in the process review to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Analyze root causes in delivery problem areas, actively participating in driving process-related improvements. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall project delivery efficiency.
Continuously learn and adapt methodologies to align with evolving industry best practices.s aimed at enhancing overall project delivery efficiency.
Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
Related Work Experience – At least 1-2 years of working experience in the same role.
Background in software development and application support.
Experience in implementing CMMi, ITIL, or ISO standards - Lean Six Sigma.
Experience data visualization and data analytics.
Experience in performing a full audit cycle.
Experience in Document Control Management.
