Description

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory and equipment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 02 years (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Must have a motorcycle and be willing to work in the field.
