Job Description

Conduct IT risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
Develop and implement effective IT risk controls and mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented risk controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to address IT risk-related issues.
Support the development of IT risk awareness programs.
Assist in preparing audit responses and documentation for IT risk-related matters.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in IT risk management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful IT Risk Control Officer Should Have

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks and standards.
Experience in the financial services industry or similar regulated sectors.
Proficiency in assessing IT systems and identifying potential risks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
