About The Role

Join the dynamic team at YONDU INC. as an IT Project Manager. In this full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in delivering IT projects that drive the companys strategic objectives. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What Youll Be Doing

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project implementation

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders

Ensure projects adhere to the companys policies, procedures, and quality standards

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and deliver more efficient and effective outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Scrum Master experience is a PLUS

Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is preferred

Thorough understanding of IT project management best practices and industry standards
