IT Project Manager

About The Role

Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at YONDU INC.. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What Youll Be Doing

Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets

Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors and subcontractors

Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise

Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant regulations, codes and safety standards

Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

What were looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Knowledge of construction regulations, codes and safety standards

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
