IT Full Stack Developer

IT Full Stack Developers role is to research, plan, design, develop, launch and/or manage efficient business, financial, and/or operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This involves understanding user needs, developing software solutions, monitoring performance, and modifying programs as needed

What You’ll Do

• Development of new software to meet business requirements
• Monitoring and configuration of deployed applications
• Maintenance of deployed applications according to necessary changes
• Preparation of development documentation, engagement in operation manuals and/or training materials as needed
• Perform software techniques such as test-driven development in delivering and maintaining working software
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, QA/application specialists and DevOps and other IT functions
• Participate on interesting projects and innovations that help company grow
• Become a recognized team member in a friendly and agile environment
  
  

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Experience working with in financial business is a plus
• Senior level knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST API, Kafka streaming, Docker, can work without guidance.
• Senior level knowledge in Web Programming (Angular), can work without guidance.
• Strong in technical design of the end-to-end solution across different teams.
• Strong in microservice architecture and application architecture
• Working knowledge of database design and SQL (preferably Oracle)
• Working knowledge of Gitlab
• Working knowledge of basic security and networking
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Actively using UML diagrams, flowcharts, process maps, etc.)
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Working proficiency in Programming Aptitude (language independent)
• Working knowledge in spring framework and spring boots
• Working knowledge Shell (Linux/Windows)
• Familiarity in UI/UX is a plus
• Familiarity in Build tools (e.g., Composer/NPM, Webpack)
• Familiarity in Specialized framework (e.g., Laravel/Vue.js)
