IT Cloud Architect

The IT Cloud Architect sets the strategic and tactical direction for Cloud and Hybrid Solutions in HCPH environment. Candidate should have expertise in designing cloud and hybrid solutions that run on Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, including compute, network, storage, monitoring, and security. Responsibilities for this role include advising stakeholders and translating business requirements into designs for secure, scalable, and reliable Cloud solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Architecting and designing solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts
• Provide technical direction and lead a group of one or more architects addressing a common goal.
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards and principles, globally followed product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
• Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction
• Ensure suitable sizing of solutions, technology fit, and DR are assessed and accounted for.
• Keep abreast of emerging technology/industry trends in the cloud and define new patterns and standards as required.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 5-years proven track record of administrating cloud tenant in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services in an IT organization with monthly spending more than 20 000$
• Experience in running production workload using Containerization and Kubernetes
• Practical experience with GitOps
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Solid knowledge of IT Security & Network
• Solid knowledge of DevSecOps
• Willingness and strong interest to deep dive into details when necessary while maintaining an overall strategy and direction
