IT Business Analyst

We're Hiring: IT Business Analyst!

The Business analyst is responsible for ensuring the requirements elicitation or scoping the requirements of the product owners and to be able to support their needs for software development.  The role requires product management and strategic planning to keep the organization competitive.

What it will do

●        Involved in the end-to-end monitoring of the development life cycle of the set user requirements

●        Involved in refining user requirements and specifications to ensure that the correct features are being delivered to the clients

●        Will work closely with the Product Owners and Managers for the product vision and identifying potential products by conducting competitive analysis.

●        Involved in overseeing user experience throughout the platform

●        Should be comfortable working in Agile projects

●        Experience working with sprints and managing multiple tasks

●        Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

●        Documenting and communicating the results of all efforts.

What do we need from you?

●        Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree

●        Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the technology industry

●        Has a good mix of creative/UX and technical background in various business lines is a plus.

●        Excellent in problem-solving, negotiation, organisational, analytical skills

●        Has knowledge in Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Understanding the Customer.

●        A track record of following through on commitments

●        A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

●        Experience on SQL is a plus.

●        Communication / critical thinking skills

●        Familiar with Agile Development / Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

●        Experience with presentation, requirements elicitation

●        Able to organise documentations

●        Has strategic planning, business model analysis

●        Experience working in virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrixed organizations
