IT Business Analyst

About The Role

Yondu Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Mid to Senior) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and optimising our business processes, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support the companys objectives.

What Youll Be Doing

Analyse and document existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design optimal solutions

Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and develop comprehensive business cases

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements

Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new systems and applications

Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilisation of new technologies

Continuously monitor and optimise business performance, identifying opportunities for process efficiency and cost savings

Collaborate with the IT and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timeframes and budgets

Minimum Qualifications

What were looking for:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the Information & Communication Technology industry

Proven track record of analysing business requirements, defining solutions, and successfully implementing technology-driven initiatives

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in agile project management methodologies and familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage
