As Direct Retail Operations Executive, you will manage end-to-end operations of the IQOS Stores within the assigned territory, working closely with support teams for execution, to ensure consistent consumer experience is delivered to all legal age costumers across all retail touchpoints and targets/KPIs are met.

  • Ensure achievement of sales target and volume growth within assigned territory. Sets per store target and monitors daily/weekly/monthly performance
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance by all stores covered to continuously elevate the experience delivered to consumers
  • Conduct store visits to gather information on territory situation to develop appropriate retail strategies aligned with the objectives. Monitor promotional and industry trends to build on the retail strategies
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations in assigned territory, including inventory monitoring, aligning on stores orders & logistics, free goods, CEGID management and reconciliation
  • Train and develop Area Sales Managers and Store Managers under the assigned territory to identify and assess skills and potential
  • Monitor and evaluate implementation of programs. Provides any coordination or reportorial support as required by program owners
  • Support all DCE-related commercial initiatives, collaborating with IT, Digital and CSC to provide meaningful testing and feedback and enable integration into retail channel operations. In-charge of ticket creation as needed
  • Address all customer concerns and ensure that immediate action is taken at the store level. Act as second level escalation for critical cases and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor all active consumer cases to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that initiatives activities are in full compliance with Legal and Regulatory mandatories and the PMI policies and practices.
