What Its About

The Investor Services Team within Partners Group is responsible for the timely and flawless response to our clients queries as well as distributing high-quality client communication. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the team covers a variety of topics across private markets.

As Investor Services Specialist your tasks will comprise the handling of medium complexity tasks (ad hoc and recurring) as well as performing 4-eye checks on deliverables produced by your peers.

What We Expect

• A bachelors degree of 4-6 years of relevant work experience with professional qualification in the fields of finance, economics, business administration or marketing
• Fluent English as well as experience and confidence in client communication (written and verbal)
• Independently delivers on assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities fulfilling the Investor Services task catalogue within the prescribed timelines and producing the highest quality standards.
• Drives team goals and contributes to Business Unit-relevant goals
• Regularly initiates and implements improvements to processes, tools and outputs within Investor Services
• Collaborates with and has exposure to Cell Leaders within the firm and acts as liaison towards other Business Units on specific topics
• Independently leads discussions with internal and external stakeholders; confidently challenges inputs to ensure robust outcomes
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset adept at thriving in dynamic environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective and reliable team player
