Inventory Associate

This position is responsible for the timely recognition of inventories and record all general transactions to ensure completeness of recorded transactions in the books of accounts.

As an Inventory Associate in the area of Customer Service, you will:

• Ensures physical inventory count and SAP & TME differences are investigated and resolved. Summarizes assigned branch month-end reconciliation proposal & resolution thru SAP posting for the closing of books of reporting.
• Ensures that warehouse physical floor inventory of Finished-Goods and van inventory (point of sales) versus SAP inventory are intensely monitored.
• Work closely with the entity Finance and perform efficient & error free inventory adjustments aligned to the approved & authorized changes in system for all inventory movements.
• Assist in the month-end closing and reporting, and guarantees that all pertinent documents related to the inventory movements are intact and available at all times. Reconcile records with SAP postings in relation to the inventory movements.
• Ensures that daily inventory transactions are updated and accurately posted in the SAP System and reflected in the Inventory Movement Report.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Management and accountancy or equivalent experience.
• With at least 2 years working experienced in Inventory movements or Warehouse management
• English, both written and spoken
• Computer skills (MS Windows & MS Office, preferably intermediate MS Powerpoint / Excel skills + Graphical report)
• SAP / WMS System or other similar systems experience will be an advantage
