The HSBC Internship Programme Philippines is designed for students looking to gain an invaluable insight into banking with a global bank. The internship programme provides opportunities to gain some hands-on experience, and develop your knowledge of banking and financial services. You’ll have opportunities to meet with senior leaders to learn about different areas of your business line. The training and development you’ll receive is designed to ensure you are prepared to continue on to our graduate programmes.

Who can apply?

• Be available to work part-time or full-time between March 2025 onwards
• Preferably top undergraduate students from any degree discipline graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate the ability, right attitude, values and aptitude to successfully meet the job requirements, expectations and complete the program instructions.
• Internship allowance will be provided subject to the number of hours rendered.
