Role Overview

The Interface Reconciliation Analyst supports finance operations by performing interface reconciliation activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, audit support, and the accuracy of financial operations within a collaborative finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily interface reconciliation activities in accordance with established finance processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
• Monitor industry developments, accounting standards, and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with audit activities and documentation requested by Legal Entity Controllership.
• Maintain strong internal controls to support successful internal and external audit outcomes.
• Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work the day shift supporting the APAC region.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, interface reconciliation, procurement accounting, or general accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and strong English communication skills are preferred.
