Job Description

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies, working with stakeholders to identify target markets and key opportunities.
  • Manage annual marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets for your region, ensuring efficiency and measurable results.
  • Track campaign performance (ROI and KPIs), provide actionable reporting, and regularly update key stakeholders.
  • Partner with digital, Public Relations, social, and content teams to launch customer-centric brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Plan and optimize digital channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising, to drive engagement and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing to build relationships with key clients and capture success stories.
  • Organize and execute regional events (webinars, conferences, client roundtables), aligning plans with growth and revenue targets.


The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years experience in demand generation, marketing programs, or channel marketing within a B2B IT/software environment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong researcher and concise communicator, able to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into market-relevant, easy-to-understand content.
  • Effective collaborator in a global, virtual team environment.
  • Proficient using sales and marketing analytics platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Creative, results-driven, and excited by the challenge of building brand presence in dynamic markets.
