Job Description
- Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and project teams to identify areas for improvement in healthcare delivery and operational efficiency
- Lead assigned workstreams and smaller consulting engagements with minimal supervision
- Develop and implement strategic solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze healthcare data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and solutions that enhance patient outcomes and improve cost efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative approaches
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to both organizational and client teams, while remaining open to professional development
A Successful Integrated Health Solutions Consultant Should Have
- Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Public Health, or a related field; overseas education is an advantage
- At least 4-5 years of experience in consulting or healthcare advisory roles, with a background working with hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organizations in the Philippines and across Asia
- Experience in consultancy, strategy, or change management within the healthcare industry
- Proven experience working closely with hospital leaders, including medical directors, chief physicians, and department heads
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of healthcare decision-making in the Philippines, with the ability to translate strategic insights into operational and business impact
