The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join a growing healthcare organisation in the NDIS sector. This is a full-time, hybrid (once a month onsite) role for Philippine-based candidates employed under a proper PH setup.
To be considered, you’ll need previous experience in healthcare and, ideally, exposure to NDIS processes. The role also requires you to be an effective communicator, highly efficient, and well-organised in managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service to clients and their families.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and voicemail, ensuring quick turnaround times
Coordinate initial service agreements, appointments, and onboarding documentation for new clients
Perform risk assessments during initial bookings and ensure appropriate allocation of clinicians based on caseloads and complexity
Support workflow management, including waitlists, handovers, and ramp-up schedules for new starters
Maintain high accuracy in diary and database management, ensuring seamless clinician availability forecasting
Promote a high standard of care and communication aligned with the organisation’s values
Assist with reporting, auditing, and administrative support to ensure compliance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have previous experience in healthcare administration (advantage)
Bring exposure to NDIS processes, frameworks, or participants (highly desirable)
Are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Are efficient and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Have high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service
Are approachable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with clients and teams
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
Prior experience in intake, client onboarding, or patient services within a healthcare or NDIS-focused setting
Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRMs, or healthcare databases
A tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field
A passion for making a meaningful impact in the disability and healthcare sector
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
