Job Description

Lead transformation, continuous improvement and automation intake management, including intake governance, demand triage, prioritization, and pipeline maintenance aligned to strategic objectives.
Evaluate and qualify opportunities using standard criteria (value, feasibility, complexity, risk, readiness), and recommend disposition (approve, defer, redesign, or reject).
Develop and refine opportunity briefs and business cases, clearly articulating problem or purpose statements, scope, assumptions, benefits, risks, and high-level solution options.
Coordinate with build teams (Business Transformation, Automation, IT, Data & Analytics, and Operations) to validate requirements, estimate effort, and confirm delivery readiness.
Facilitate intake and evaluation forums, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and clear documentation of decisions and next steps.
Track approved initiatives through execution and benefits realization (partnering with local Finance), monitoring progress, risks, and value delivery through closure.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Lead Intake And Evaluation Should Have

5+ years of experience in business transformation, project intake and evaluation management, continuous improvement, Lean transformation, or operational excellence (required)
Experience working in a shared service, Global Capability Center (GCC), or multinational operations environment (required)
Proven record of delivering measurable results through Lean or process improvement projects (required)
