As an Instructional Designer, you will build and maintain training programs that support comprehensive customer knowledge of N-able products. This includes onboarding training, product release training, course maintenance, certification courses, and assessments. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across engineering, product management, and technical support to determine training needs, design and deliver engaging learning experiences, and assess the impact of the training provided. Your work will ensure customers understand how to use N-able products effectively and confidently, fostering long-term partner loyalty, advocacy, and retention.
