Job Description
An Insighting Manager specializes in answering business problems by preparing data, organizing that data, and then analyzing the data so that business units can find actionable and meaningful insights that lead to business decisions or actions. The work is varied and exciting. The subject area can range from anything related to the customer including evolving behaviors and interests, use of technology and data, location analysis, etc to studying network usage patterns, identifying needs of large and medium companies, or use of products and promotions. There may be an ask to study datasets that are new and identify patterns and customer behavior from it. It can be about confirming a hypothesis or finding correlations. It can be developing on-the-grounds data and analytics to improve week-to-week operations to be data-driven. It can be identifying cohorts from the subscriber base to recommend precise and targeted actions for microsegments. Influence and partner with stakeholders to achieve
shared goals.
