What will you do:

  • Support sales teams with streamlined order management and operational processes, enabling them to maximize customer interaction time
  • Process orders and provide exceptional customer support, including updates on product availability, delivery schedules, and pricing
  • Organize and execute impactful sales seminars and workshops to enhance customer engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor research and maintain up-to-date market intelligence
  • Generate insightful reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and service metrics to drive continuous improvement

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Must be willing to work during US Business hours
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.
  • Proven track record in sales operations and customer support
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities
  • Proficiency in sales-related systems and databases
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with sales teams and customers
