Innovation And Emerging Technology Leader

Overall responsible for end-to-end activities for managing innovations and emerging technology in the company. This includes devising the innovation and emerging technology adoption vision and strategy; managing the respective portfolio in multiple innovation streams across the company; building the culture of innovation and emerging technology adoption; as well as all other activities supporting the sustained and continuously evolved innovation and emerging technology adoptions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain the innovation & emerging technology vision and strategy for the company
• Collaborate with managements and key stakeholders for innovation initiatives and execution
• Manage the innovation activities in multiple innovation streams across the company
• Manage the portfolio of relevant emerging technology R&D; collaborate with respective business teams for use-case trials and adoptions. This includes wide range of technologies including but not limited to series of AI technologies, agentic AI, innovative cybersecurity, No-Code, KYC tech, etc.
• Manage the innovative tool development with the creative processes enhancing the company agility and serviceability.
• Identify business opportunity from innovation & emerging technology adoptions and collaborate with respective department to develop business case
• Devise strategy and build the culture for innovation, AI and emerging technology adoption with collaboration with HR and other departments through multiple activities and events for our employees; as well as all other activities supporting the sustained and continuously evolved innovation and emerging technology adoptions.
• Manage the communication to respective key stakeholders and the employees in the company for updates and stimulating innovations and culture
• Explore and connect the external innovation, tech partners, startups, schools/universities, tech landscape in industry and collaborate with external parties for the company’s innovation activities, joint-events, hackathon, etc.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• Experienced in managing innovation initiatives or product development
• Up-to-date and highly in-touch with latest innovation and emerging technologies in the world
• Good technical knowledge of the emerging tech usage and adoptions
• Strategy development
• Stakeholder management
• 5+ years of experience with innovation role, product management or digital business development role
• Leadership skills in building innovation culture
