We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Security Officer to manage and implement our information security system across our global operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a solid understanding of compliance standards to protect our data and IT infrastructure.

📍 Location: Taguig City, Philippines (BGC Site)
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days offsite)
💼 Role: Information Security Officer

🎯 Manage Security SystemsImplement and oversee user access controls, cryptography measures, and physical security of IT assets.

🔍 Analyze & Monitor

• Monitor security logs, review SIEM reports, alerts, and tickets to identify and address security events.
  
  

🛡️ Respond to Incidents

• Investigate and remediate security incidents across endpoints, servers, and networks.

• Monitor security advisories and take appropriate actions.
  
  

📊 Drive Compliance

• Maintain compliance with technical certifications by collecting evidence and documentation for ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
  
  

🤝 Mitigate Threats

• Use vulnerability scanning tools such as OpenVAS to identify security risks.

• Collaborate with ICT teams to integrate secure processes and workflows.
  
  

📝 Manage Audits

• Review security policies regularly.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
  
  

✅ Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in information security management or a related cybersecurity field.
  
  

✅ Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  
  

✅ Core Knowledge

• Strong and mandatory working knowledge of ISO 27001.
  
  

✅ Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft environments is an advantage:

  • Azure Entra

  • Intune Policies
    
    
    
    

✅ Certifications

• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

• Experience with PCI DSS / NIST frameworks is highly valued.
  
  

✅ Collaboration Skills

• Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
