Your Role
This role is responsible for supporting quoting, procurement and operational activities for Managed Network Services. The specialist ensures accurate, timely quote development, supports order processing and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
As a ICT Pricing Specialist, You Will
Quoting & Commercial Support
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed network services
- Experience working with quoting hardware, maintenance, software and subscription
- Work with sales and product teams to validate pricing and requirements
- Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial frameworks
- Working with vendors and OEM to deal register opportunities.
- Proactively managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for existing ICT contracts, ensuring timely re-quoting ahead of contract expiry
- Coordinating with Account Managers to present competitive renewal offers that retain and grow customer revenue
- Support sales order creation and contract administration
- Maintain accurate records in SAP or equivalent systems
- Manage incoming requests via workflow management tickets
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of tasks
- Assist in resolving operational escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and customers
- Provide updates and maintain strong communication channels
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Support automation and best practice initiatives
What You Need:
- 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery
- Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco ,HPE etc.
- Experience with order management
- SAP and salesforce experience desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
