Your Role

As Cash Applications Specialist, you perform advanced processing for receivables transactions mainly cash application in the respective ERP system and banking systems:

  • performing daily incoming payment clear tasks with high accuracy
  • providing high quality of the services/reports to stakeholders
  • ensuring all given KPIs & timelines/deadlines are met
  • staying in constant touch with our stakeholders/customers
  • supporting for all Audit /ICS/ other external queries
  • supporting additional ad-hoc projects/tasks
  • Moreover, you handle complex requests, inquiries and issues related to accounts receivable and credit management activities, including follow up and resolution of such incidents.

In addition, as Cash Applications Accountant, you leverage your expertise to constantly seek out better ways of performing processes, to contribute to process excellence initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Initial work experience in accounting/finance with direct related experience with full-cycle AR or accounting knowledge preferred
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with leadership capacity including experience to complex and non-standard processes, exception, and issue handling,
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) with exposure to people management
  • Experience in cash applications, credit management, Bank Reconciliations and AR reporting
  • Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system preferred
  • Fluent English language skills required.
  • Must be flexible on any shift
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
