About The Role
This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR reporting and analytics across the EMEA and UK regions, enabling informed decision-making within Global HR Operations. The position plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality employee data, supporting regulatory reporting, and partnering with HR stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. It also offers an opportunity to contribute to reporting enhancements, process improvements, and regional HR data governance within a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Reporting & Analytics
Manage end-to-end HR reporting for the EMEA and UK regions, including data extraction, report preparation, OBI report modifications, and development of new reports.
Deliver recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports covering headcount, new hires, terminations, leave, employee rosters, acquisitions, and other workforce metrics.
Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests within agreed timelines, providing relevant workforce insights and trends.
Data Management, Accuracy & Compliance
Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR records, including headcount, employee status, diversity, tenure, job titles, and organizational data.
Identify data discrepancies, gaps, and reporting risks, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure HR reporting activities comply with data privacy, security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Regional & Regulatory Reporting
Support UK and Ireland-specific reporting, including quarterly and annual workforce surveys, statutory requirements, and business-specific reporting.
Prepare and maintain accurate data for regulatory submissions, including relevant Office for National Statistics reporting.
Support internal and external audits by providing required reports, data, and documentation.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner with HR Advisors, Governance teams, Business stakeholders, and other HR functions to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Proactively communicate data issues, reporting insights, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the US HR Reporting team on system testing, report validation, enhancements, and alignment of reporting outputs.
Systems & Process Improvement
Use HR systems, Oracle, OBI, and other reporting tools to extract, analyze, validate, and report HR data.
Support report testing, system enhancements, and implementation of new reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain reporting schedules, trackers, process documentation, and records of stakeholder and compliance requirements.
UK HR Mailbox Management
Manage the UK HR mailbox end-to-end by triaging, investigating, and resolving HR data and reporting-related queries.
Ensure queries are addressed accurately and within agreed service levels, escalating complex issues where required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
4–7 years of relevant experience in HR reporting, HR analytics, HR operations, or HR data management.
Proven experience supporting EMEA and UK HR operations, with strong understanding of regional reporting requirements.
Hands-on experience with HR data extraction, reporting, validation, and reconciliation.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and data analysis.
Experience working with ERP/HR systems, Oracle, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) or similar HR reporting platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet recurring and ad hoc reporting deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
Good To Have Qualifications
Experience supporting multinational or global HR operations.
Exposure to UK and Ireland statutory, regulatory, or workforce survey reporting.
Experience with OBI report development, customization, or enhancement.
Knowledge of HR data governance, reporting controls, and data privacy requirements.
Experience participating in internal or external audits.
Exposure to HR technology implementations, system testing, or reporting transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements, systems, processes, and regulatory environments.
