This opportunity is with an international organization in the financial services industry. The company is a well-renowned company in the lending solutions space that heavily leverages technology and operations for its clients. They are operating a growing global delivery center in the Philippines supporting both Manila and UK operations.

Job Description

  • Own and optimise the organizations HR system, ensuring a seamless employee and HR user experience across the UK and Manila.
  • Act as the primary SAP SuccessFactors specialist, managing system performance, enhancements, upgrades, and vendor relationships. Experience with the employee central module is a must.
  • Deliver accurate mass data uploads (e.g., pay reviews, bonuses) with strong reconciliation, audit, and control processes
  • Ensure data governance, system security, and compliance with UK GDPR and the Philippines data protection regulations
  • Provide expert user support and training, proactively identifying system and process improvements
  • Support high‑risk data requests (e.g., Subject Access Requests, FOI) in partnership with HR, Legal, and Governance teams


The Successful Applicant

A Successful HR System Specialist Should Have

  • 5+ years experience in an HR Systems / HRIS Specialist role with clear system ownership.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with configuration and enhancement experience.
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations using structured methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR data privacy, controls, and compliance in a corporate environment.
  • Confident communicator able to manage regional stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • Experience in working with UK stakeholders is a big plus.
