We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Specialist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional HR services with a primary focus on onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
As part of the HR Shared Services team, you will collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate HR transactions, maintain employee records, and continuously improve HR processes.

What You'll Do:
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including employment documentation, HRIS updates, and new hire orientation.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure onboarding readiness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
Drive continuous improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, terminations, transfers, and exit documentation.
Coordinate clearance, final pay requirements, and exit interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company retention requirements.
Analyze exit trends and provide insights to support HR initiatives.
Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, updates, renewals, and terminations.
Respond to employee benefits inquiries and coordinate with external vendors and providers.
Validate eligibility, maintain accurate benefits records, and support annual enrollment activities.
Monitor benefits utilization and prepare reports to support decision-making.
HR Operations
Process employee lifecycle transactions such as promotions, transfers, status changes, and personal information updates.
Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and document management systems.
Prepare HR documents, employment certifications, and employee communications.
Respond to HR inquiries while ensuring service levels and data accuracy are met.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
Conduct HR data audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Generate HR operational reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to HR system enhancements, SOPs, and process documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.
Proven experience in onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
Hands-on experience with HRIS, employee records management, and HR case management systems.
Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and multicultural environment.
Preferred
HR certification or relevant professional training.
Experience supporting shared services or global HR operations.
Exposure to HR process improvement initiatives and HR systems implementation.
