What you'll be doing

Process bi-weekly payroll, including calculating gross-to-net, withholding taxes, and other deductions

Maintain employee payroll and benefits records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

Liaise with external payroll and benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies

Prepare and file all necessary payroll-related tax forms and reports

Assist with the implementation of new payroll and HR systems and processes

Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits-related inquiries

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a payroll, compensation, and benefits role, preferably within the technology industry

Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills

Proficient in the use of payroll and HR management software, such as Oracle or ADP

Thorough understanding of local labour laws and payroll-related regulations

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll and benefits information to employees

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, while ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks

Must be amenable to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
