The client is a rapidly growing, multi‑brand F&B group with premium positioning and strong market traction, operating both restaurant and bar concepts across key Metro Manila locations. With multiple new openings underway, the organisation is investing heavily in strengthening its corporate and people infrastructure.
Job Description
- Own and manage complex F&B payroll, including service charge computation and distribution
- Design and implement tax‑efficient compensation and benefits structures to maximise employee take‑home pay
- Ensure full Philippine labour law compliance, working alongside external legal counsel
- Oversee employment contracts, policies, and HR compliance accuracy
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across corporate and high‑volume operations roles
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership as the organisation scales
- Provide senior HR guidance while supporting (but not directly managing) existing HR team members
- Operate in a hands‑on, onsite corporate environment alongside leadership and the R&D kitchen
A Successful HR Manager Should Have
- Minimum 5 years HR experience within a medium to large organisation
- F&B or high‑volume workforce experience strongly preferred
- Strong technical grounding in:
- Payroll management
- Taxation (BIR 2316, gross vs net pay)
- Philippine labour law
- Confident acting as a senior HR authority to Finance and leadership stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, scaling environment with evolving structures
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 1,040,000 to PHP 1,300,000 annually.
