A Successful HR Director - Sales Should Have

A strong background in sales, OR collaboration with sales teams and/or stakeholders
Proven expertise in HR management within the FMCG industry.
Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for a sales-focused department.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
