Job Description

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent in the FMCG industry.
Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures across the Petaling Jaya location.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful HR Business Partner Should Have

Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR functions within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR tools and software.
