About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Associate to become part of our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting daily HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, payroll assistance, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Track employee attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping reports.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and submitting accurate employee information.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and statutory government contributions.
  • Address employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, compensation, and benefits.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company activities.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources or general administrative support is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and HR administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using HRIS or payroll software is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
