About Our Client

This opportunity is with a large fast-growing Shared Services company within the Healthcare industry.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive reimbursement, payer parity, and benchmarking analyses using large financial and claims datasets to identify trends, variances, and financial risk.
Lead gross and net revenue trend analysis and develop intramonth and forward-looking forecasts, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
Analyze service line, payer, and contract performance, translating complex data into actionable insights to support strategic and financial decision-making.
Design, validate, and enhance contract modeling methodologies and tools, including escalators, carve-outs, quality incentives, and value-based payment structures.
Partner with Finance and Managed Care leadership to support payer negotiations through scenario modeling, financial impact analysis, risk assessment, and executive-level presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Healthcare Senior Financial Analyst Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years experience in healthcare financial analysis, managed care analytics, payer reimbursement
Familiarity with reimbursement methodologies, experience with financial models and forecasts
Preferably revenue cycle or payer-facing experience
