Job Description

Healthcare Financial Analyst (Revenue Management) is responsible for:

Prepare and analyze data packs comparing expected payments to actuals by collecting, organizing, and validating relevant data.
Conduct payer parity and service line analytics using internal and external data to generate preliminary analytical reports.
Develop monthly gross and net revenue trend analyses and intramonth revenue projections to support management review and decision-making.
Maintain and manage databases by ensuring data accuracy and supporting data transfers across systems.
Build financial models and analytical proposals to support managed care negotiations, providing insights to the negotiating team.

The Successful Applicant

Healthcare Financial Analyst (Revenue Management) Is

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Health Administration
2 years work experience in analyzing/reporting large data sets
2 years work experience in healthcare industry
