Define and execute the technology strategy for your product portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the delivery of new features and products, ensuring quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
Drive innovation by leveraging modern cloud technologies and best practices in software engineering.
Collaborate with global product and technology leaders to shape priorities and roadmaps.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across all platforms.
Optimize operational spend and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a high-trust, inclusive culture.
Mentor and empower leaders and teams to maximize capability and performance.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Technology Should Have

A strong background in software engineering and technology leadership within product-driven organizations (B2B, B2C & D2C)
Proven experience in building, scaling, and managing high-performing engineering teams.
Expertise in defining and executing technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), modern architectures, and agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative approach to working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
