Role Overview

The Head of Data and Technology is responsible for overseeing the organizations data platforms and core technology systems, ensuring they support business operations, reporting, and decision-making. This role works closely with business and IT teams and serves as the owner of enterprise data and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise data and technology platforms
• Oversee data architecture, systems integration, and reporting tools
• Ensure data availability, accuracy, and reliability across the organization
• Define and track data and technology KPIs
• Partner with business teams to support analytics and operational needs
• Support digital, transformation, and process improvement initiatives

• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and reporting
• Ability to translate business needs into technology and data solutions
• Experience working across multiple business functions
