About The Role

The Head of Insurance Customer Success will lead initiatives that strengthen long-term client relationships, improve policy retention, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer success strategies focused on policy retention and client loyalty.
  • Lead conservation and proactive engagement initiatives.
  • Improve operational processes supporting customer servicing.
  • Monitor KPIs related to retention, persistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and lead a high-performing customer success team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in insurance, customer success, customer retention, or client servicing.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in life insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
