This is a rare opportunity to lead HR Shared Services for a global private equity firm, from Manila, at the center of it all. This hub steers HR processes and digital initiatives that ripple out across our entire global business, giving your work direct impact.

You'll partner closely with our Global Head of HR in Switzerland, giving you a genuine seat at the table on how HR gets delivered worldwide. And because we're investing heavily in AI and technology across the firm, we want someone who gets energized by that - someone ready to build, test, and roll out smarter, tech-enabled ways of working alongside a sharp, committed team that's just as invested in getting this right.

We're a hands-on company, and we lead the same way. You'll have a team, but you'll also be right in the work with them - jumping in when an extra pair of hands is needed, and owning delivery together as one team.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the regional people agenda, partnering closely with the Head of HR, Centers of Expertise, and Regional HR Heads to turn strategy into delivery
• Lead and own regional HR projects end-to-end, delivering the people priorities that fuel business growth and a high-performance culture
• Champion AI and digital HR initiatives run out of Manila, helping shape smarter, technology-enabled ways of working with genuine global reach
• Shape HR solutions that balance global consistency with regional relevance, proactively managing risk and controls with stakeholders across and beyond HR
• Hold full ownership of regional HR processes, data, and service delivery
• Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations cases, partnering with the Head of HR to manage risk
• Represent the region on Global HR initiatives, working closely with the Global Head of HR in Switzerland to bring a regional lens to enterprise-wide projects
• Build and lead a high-performing, multicultural team, sharing accountability for delivery with them
  
  

What We Expect

• 12+ years in HR, with solid depth across HR operations, shared services, employee relations, or employee lifecycle management
• A genuine interest in AI and technology, with the appetite to develop and execute digital HR solutions rather than just oversee them
• A track record of building and developing teams, with a leadership style rooted in shared ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, comfortable making pragmatic calls in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across functions, cultures, and seniority levels — including senior global stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a recognized HR qualification
