About The Job

The Head of HR Digitization is responsible for leading complex change and transformation programs within the HR Department. This role requires maintaining an external perspective, anticipating people and technology trends—including the growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI)—and translating them into actionable HR strategies. The position will spearhead improvements in HR processes and systems, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives enhance both HR effectiveness and overall company performance.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Transformation

• Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within HR.

HR Systems, AI & Process Improvements

• Drive the implementation and optimization of HR digitalization programs across Home Credit Philippines.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify market trends and translate them into HR process and system enhancements.
• Support design sessions, requirements gathering, and implementation of future-state HR processes and systems.

Project & Program Management

• Manage all aspects of the HR project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes.
• Provide transparency and communication with project stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve issues while maintaining project budgets.
• Ensure HR transformation projects are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.

What You Need To Have

• Proven experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, and process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex HR initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR (e.g., talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement tools).
• Ability to anticipate HR and technology trends and translate them into strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Experience managing multi‑layer field teams
• Experience in Coaching and in HR Business Partnering
• Experience using Python, AI tools in HR
