Position: Head of Enterprise Data & AI

Work Details

Shift: Morning, Mon-Fri
Location: Onsite

Purpose

Lead the companys overall data, analytics, and AI strategy to support business growth, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy

Develop and implement the enterprise data and AI roadmap
Promote a data-driven culture across the organization

Data Platforms & Architecture

Oversee data infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and data quality
Ensure strong data security and regulatory compliance

Analytics & AI

Lead business intelligence, analytics, and data science teams
Implement AI/ML solutions such as fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics
Track and measure business impact of analytics initiatives

Business Partnership

Work closely with leadership and business units to embed data into products and processes
Support digital transformation initiatives

Governance & Compliance

Strengthen data governance and privacy frameworks
Ensure responsible and ethical AI use

Leadership

Manage and develop data and analytics teams
Promote collaboration and data literacy

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership
Experience with cloud data platforms and governance in regulated industries
Strong stakeholder management skills
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Masters degree preferred
