Job Description

Develop and implement security architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead innovation initiatives to enhance cybersecurity measures and solutions.
Oversee the design and deployment of secure systems and networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security protocols into business operations.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to address emerging security threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
Manage risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on security best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Security Architecture & Innovation Department should have:

Strong expertise in security architecture and cybersecurity technologies.
Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards within the financial services industry.
Experience in implementing innovative security solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve security goals.
