We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive end-to-end Service Delivery within Network Rollout (NRO) and Project Management. This role is responsible for ensuring effective resource management, operational excellence, financial performance, and digital transformation across the Market Area Service Line Build organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the NRO service delivery strategy, ensuring on-time and high-quality customer fulfillment.
  • Own end-to-end resource management (FTE, ARP, ASP T&M, SDU), optimizing utilization, competence sharing, and organizational right-sizing to meet business demand.
  • Secure and deploy Build Management resources (Implementation Managers, Quality & OHS Leads, Warehouse & Logistics Leads, ASP Leads) based on forecast and CU requirements.
  • Drive NRO automation and digital transformation initiatives, establishing smart digital project management methods to improve efficiency, reduce lead time, and manage complexity.
  • Ensure strong governance across internal and external PMO structures and promote Project Management as a strategic service.
  • Manage financial performance, cost optimization, and strategic improvement programs across key projects.
  • Strengthen competence management through training, certification, mentoring, and team development to build a high-performing CPM organization.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements, standardized methods, and automation across global service delivery operations.

What Will You Do

  • Achieve Project on scope, time, cost. Acceptance = On Air. Focus on Order to Cash.
  • Achieve Fixed to Variable Resource target in Each CU
  • Achieve the ratio of sites delivered under agreed delivery models (FTK / ASP )
  • Accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within operations between the CU – India – Utilization
  • NRO Strategy and financial planning
  • Manage Full Potential Program for NRO
  • Manage OHS, Security & Anticorruption and secure “Target-Zero” initiative
  • Secure operational and productivity outcome and KPIs

The skills you bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecoms or Any related course
  • 15+ years of experience of the Telecoms industry and 5+in NRO business aspects and 5+ years in leading CPM office and extensive network deployments
  • Strong validated experience to maintain trust with all stakeholders, good understanding of Ericsson customer project management processes, and project financials
  • Strong competence on Ericsson portfolio with strong competence of NRO technology and solutions being a plus.
  • Broad experience in Ericsson internal processes, organization (both global and CUs)
  • Customer facing, Presentation and Communication skills
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
  • Eye for business and Financial Understanding
  • Excellent in managing MA/CU level governance
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and dynamics
  • Business insights & commercial thinking
