Job Description

  • Lead and scale the Account Management function, overseeing a team responsible for strategic and enterprise accounts while driving a high-performance, client-centric culture.
  • Own customer growth and retention strategy, ensuring key accounts achieve business outcomes through consultative engagement, value creation, and long-term partnership development.
  • Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth, portfolio expansion, client satisfaction, and account profitability through strategic account planning and solution-led selling.
  • Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and business solutions.
  • Use data and insights to inform strategy, monitor key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute strategic initiatives, improve customer experience, and influence broader business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven commercial leader with experience leading high-performing Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales teams, ideally managing managers or senior individual contributors.
  • Strong enterprise relationship builder who has successfully engaged C-suite and senior decision-makers, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Strategic and growth-oriented, with a track record of driving revenue retention, account expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership value across a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Data-driven operator who uses customer insights, commercial metrics, and performance data to guide decision-making, improve team effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
  • People-focused leader with demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing teams while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-centric culture.
  • Cross-functional influencer who can effectively partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve customer outcomes.
