Job Description
Lead and scale the Account Management function, overseeing a team responsible for strategic and enterprise accounts while driving a high-performance, client-centric culture.
Own customer growth and retention strategy, ensuring key accounts achieve business outcomes through consultative engagement, value creation, and long-term partnership development.
Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth, portfolio expansion, client satisfaction, and account profitability through strategic account planning and solution-led selling.
Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and business solutions.
Use data and insights to inform strategy, monitor key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute strategic initiatives, improve customer experience, and influence broader business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
Proven commercial leader with experience leading high-performing Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales teams, ideally managing managers or senior individual contributors.
Strong enterprise relationship builder who has successfully engaged C-suite and senior decision-makers, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional vendor.
Strategic and growth-oriented, with a track record of driving revenue retention, account expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership value across a portfolio of key accounts.
Data-driven operator who uses customer insights, commercial metrics, and performance data to guide decision-making, improve team effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
People-focused leader with demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing teams while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-centric culture.
Cross-functional influencer who can effectively partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve customer outcomes.
