Oversee the SME Account Management organisation, ensuring quality outputs and excellent client relationships.
Manage end‑to‑end account performance, project delivery, and customer satisfaction across SME portfolios.
Present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to clients.
Mentor and train account managers; guide capability development and performance.
Work with internal teams such as product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
Use CRM and workflow tools to track progress and improve processes.
Enhance procedures, client strategies, and internal operations.
Stay updated on digital and automation tools influencing SME segments.

The Successful Applicant

Background in Account Management or Sales Leadership within digital, tech, SaaS, or services industries.
Experience managing complex or high‑volume SME portfolios.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver strong customer outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a history of influencing stakeholders.
Skilled in CRM systems, project tools, and performance tracking methods.
Business‑oriented thinker able to turn insights into practical actions.
